Meet the Secretariat

Secretariat

Misha Singh

Secretary-General

Misha Singh, a sophomore at Eastlake High School, is beyond ecstatic to serve as the Secretary-General at this iteration of EverMUN! Since her first conference as a confused middle-schooler on a laptop in her room, Misha has grown to appreciate the vibrant and diverse MUN environment. Three years later, she loves MUN for its unique ability to welcome all delegates into a community of passionate speakers, where they learn a great deal about the world while meeting new people and forming lasting memories. Aside from MUN, Misha enjoys playing tennis, teaching piano, and trying new flavors of iced tea (raspberry is the best!). Misha is incredibly excited to meet all of you and wishes delegates a unique and memorable experience at EverMUN 2024!

Medha Singitham

Director-General

Medha Singitham is a sophomore at Eastlake High School and is thrilled to serve as the Director-General for EverMUN 2024! She started her MUN journey at EDUMUN 2021 and was immediately enthralled by the captivating debate and global viewpoints it offered her. Since then, Medha has developed an addiction to all things MUN-related, along with coffee and sneaking Taylor Swift references in all her position papers. In her free time, you can find Medha debugging code for the 5 billionth time, overanalyzing Taylor Swift lyrics Fearlessly, adding way too many exclamation marks to her messages, and persuading herself not to procrastinate (unfortunately, to no avail). Medha is incredibly excited to introduce new delegates to the world of Model UN, and she looks forward to another incredible iteration of EverMUN!

Madeline Tsai

Chief of Staff

Madeline Tsai is a sophomore at Tesla STEM High School and cannot wait to serve as the Chief of Staff of EverMUN 2024! Since first being introduced to MUN in the sixth grade as a shy and quiet delegate, she has gradually found herself completely hooked by the thrill-filled conferences and wonderfully supportive comMUNity, attending conference after conference. Outside of MUN, Maddie can be found hopelessly trying to debug code, cramming Japanese, and rowing on Lake Sammamish while admiring the sunsets (and sunrises!) She loves music, smoothies, and all sour candies. Through captivating debate, bloc-creating, and resolution writing, she hopes that delegates make lasting memories and cannot wait to see you all at EverMUN 2024!

Diya Balaji

USG of Delegate Affairs

Diya Balaji is a freshman at Tesla STEM High School and is delighted to serve as your USG of Delegate Affairs for EverMUN 2024! Her MUN journey started in 8th grade, and she was immediately dazzled by the incredible community. Her favorite MUN memory is a tie between pleading with Baby Musk to return Cleopatra’s sarcophagus from space and recreating the Hunger Games as part of the European Cult to combat digital currency shutdowns. When she isn’t MUN-ing, you can find her prepping for yet another debate tournament, deluding herself into thinking it’s always fall and sipping too many passionfruit green teas to count. Diya looks forward to collaborating with her fantastic external team to make EverMUN 2024 the best one yet!

Tavas Bharadwaj

USG of Delegate Affairs

Tavas Bharadwaj is a sophomore at Eastlake High School and is elated to serve as USG of Delegate Affairs for this year's iteration of EverMUN! After joining MUN in eighth grade on a whim, Tavas was quickly immersed in the incredible world of MUN. He has since become enthralled by its nuanced debate, complex diplomacy, and high quality pens. Outside of MUN, Tavas can be found working on a variety of programming projects simultaneously, scrolling through random Wikipedia articles, or going for a walk with his five-year-old dog. He hopes delegates will have a memorable experience at EverMUN 2024. He is also incredibly eager to see everyone and hopes all delegates leave EverMUN with a renewed passion for Model UN!

Aashka Contractor

USG of Media

Aashka Contractor is a sophomore at Eastlake High School and is absolutely delighted to serve as the USG of Media! Aashka’s MUN journey started in the beginning of eighth grade and since then, she has adored being a part of the fun and welcoming community it provides. Outside of preparing for MUN conferences and doing (AKA procrastinating on) homework, you can find Aashka diligently practicing flute, fangirling over Spectacular Spiderman, rewatching her favorite sitcoms, and making her hundredth Spotify playlist of the month. She also enjoys going on runs in an attempt to distract from her ballet-induced foot pain; a strategy that doesn’t work, yet one that she’ll keep doing anyways. Aashka looks forward to working with all of you and can’t wait to see the creative ideas delegates come up with at this iteration of EverMUN!

Aayaan Raula

USG of Committees

Aayaan Raula is a perpetually tired sophomore at Eastlake High School and is exhilarated to be the USG of Committees for EverMUN 2024. After being forced convinced to join MUN in eighth grade, Aayaan was pulled in by the intricate unpredictableness of debate and art of candygram writing. Rapidly becoming an advocate for specialized committees in MUN, he has become accustomed to a lot, from the organized chaos in crisis committees to the rambunctious debate in Senate. When not in debate, Aayaan can be seen playing the worst rendition of Wonderwall on guitar, hanging his queen four different ways in chess, giving up halfway through creating a playlist in Spotify, or creating new Starbucks orders he will never drink. Aayaan hopes to see faces of wonder and excitement in this committee! He can’t wait to experience one-of-a-kind debate from the spectacular delegates at EverMUN 2023 and meet you in this unique conference!

Rishan Paul

USG of Committees

Rishan Paul is a sophomore at Eastlake High School and is honored to serve as one of the USG of Committees for EverMUN 2024. When Rishan entered his first Model United Nations conference, he struggled to understand what ROP stood for and was mainly dragged out of bed by his mom, since then Rishan has been completely hooked and captivated by MUN. Beyond the basic experience, MUN has also provided him with some of his fondest memories, including the time when he very passionately burned down the President's vacation home (no one was harmed). Outside of MUN, Rishan can be found sleeping and praying for his attendance record to stay intact. Rishan is excited and looking forward to meeting all of you and hopes that you enjoy this MUN experience to the fullest extent.
